We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to support our day- to- day operational activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating purchase orders, managing delivery documentation, tracking materials, and ensuring smooth operational flow between suppliers, internal teams, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and delivery notes.
2. Coordinate receiving of materials and verify quantities against documentation.
3. Track material movement, including dispatch, delivery, and returns to clients.
4. Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and returns.
5. Prepare basic operational reports using MS Office tools.
6. Ensure compliance with company procedures and client requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications
1. 3–5 years of experience in an Operations / Coordination role.
2. Hands- on experience in preparing POs and delivery notes.
3. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
4. Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory).
5. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
6. Must have valid QID (Freelance).
7. Good communication and organizational skills.
8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
