Job description:
Position Overview
Al Rayah Driving School is seeking motivated and energetic Outdoor Sales Associate to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outdoor sales activities, achieving sales targets, promoting our services through effective marketing, and building strong relationships with both individual and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outdoor sales activities including brochure distribution, kiosk promotions, and community engagement.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Develop and manage corporate sales accounts, approaching companies to offer driving school packages for their employees.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional activities and events to generate leads.
- Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and sales conversions.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
- Perform other sales and marketing tasks as per industry standards and business requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of sales experience (outdoor/corporate sales preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of the local market in Qatar.
- Fluency in English, Arabic, Hindi/Malayalam, Urdu/Pashto (preferred).
- Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory).
- Valid Qatar ID and transferable visa preferred.
