Job Summary:
Nabta Trading is looking for an organized and reliable Office Administrator / Sales Coordinator to manage office documentation, quotations, invoices, and client coordination for our landscaping and greenery projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and documents
  • Manage office paperwork and filing
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams
  • Handle client communication and follow-ups
  • Maintain records and basic reporting

Requirements:

  • Experience in office administration or coordination
  • Good communication and organization skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office & quotations preparation
  • English required
