Accountant (2–3 Years Experience)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with 2 to 3 years of experience in financial reporting and accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and supporting day-to-day accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Record daily transactions in accounting software
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliation
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
- Prepare VAT reports and ensure compliance with regulations
- Monitor expenses and control budgets
- Support audit activities and provide required documents
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records
- Coordinate with management for financial planning and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles
- Experience with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines
