About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to support and streamline our day-to-day business operations. In this role, you’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure processes run smoothly, deadlines are met, and operational goals are achieved. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operational activities across departments
Monitor workflows and assist in improving processes and efficiency
Maintain accurate records, schedules, and documentation
Support project coordination, timelines, and deliverables
Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
Assist with reporting, data tracking, and operational metrics
Identify and resolve operational issues as they arise
Requirements
Proven experience in an operations, coordination, or administrative role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Docs, Sheets)
Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
