IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT!!!

We are seeking a dedicated HR Officer & Admin to handle day-to-day human resources and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in employee management, documentation, and coordination with internal departments and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation
  • Prepare HR letters (offer letters, warning letters, termination letters, etc.)
  • Maintain employee files and HR records (hard & soft copies)
  • Handle employee attendance, leave, and disciplinary records
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies for manpower requirements
  • Assist in employee grievances and HR-related issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Support management with reports and documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR & Admin role
  • Good knowledge of HR processes and labor law
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
