Anion MEP Contracting Company is seeking an experienced and motivated Procurement Officer to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement process for MEP materials and services
- Source, negotiate, and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery as per project requirements
- Coordinate with estimation, project, and site teams
- Maintain procurement records and supplier databases
- Ensure compliance with company policies and project budgets
· Follow Up Deliveries
- Monitor delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers to ensure on time delivery
- Coordinate with warehouse receiving personnel for incoming deliveries
- Report Forecast delivery schedule with the value to the Higher Management
- Accurately encode purchase orders, delivery details, and inventory records into the system
- Approve ( process ) the invoices related MIR approval prior payment release
- Assist in preparing procurement and delivery status reports
- Ensure proper filing of procurement-related documents
- Monthly provide cost monitoring ( budget )report to the Higher Management coordination along with QS Team
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field

- Proven experience as a Procurement Officer (MEP/construction background preferred)
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Good knowledge of local market and vendors in Qatar
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems is a must (ERP Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in Qatar/GCC is an advantage
- Any nationality are welcomed
