We are seeking an experienced Tender & Bid Specialist to manage government and private project tenders, prepare compliant proposals, and coordinate with internal teams for manpower supply, hospitality, and cleaning staff projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Review tender notices, and bid invitations from government portals and private clients; summarize key requirements and deadlines
Prepare, compile, and format tender documentation, including technical offers, commercial offers, compliance forms, and supporting certificates
Manage registration documents with ministries and major clients in Qatar
Maintain an organized database of tenders, clarifications and submissions for tracking and audit purposes
Prepare standard documents such as quotations, proposals, letters, and price lists as required by sales or business development teams
Monitor tender addenda, clarifications, and client communications; update internal stakeholders accordingly
Follow up on submitted tenders, record results, and support negotiations or contract finalization
After tender approval, supervise and support the operational team as required to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain awareness of local tendering processes, standards, and regulations in Qatar.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong knowledge of tender procedures and documentation used in Qatar, including government e-tender portals and major private clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail for reviewing and preparing documents
Minimum 5 years experience in tender preparation in Qatar
Ability to work under tight deadlines
English required
