Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Maintain visitor records and issue access passes
Provide administrative and clerical support as required
Keep the reception area clean, organised, and presentable
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
