About the Role:
Ovo Café is looking for a talented and energetic Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, equipment, and work area.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
Contribute to a friendly and team-oriented café environment.
Qualifications:
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively interact with guests and understand their needs.
Experience and knowledge in Food & Beverage and Food Service practices are essential to ensure high-quality service and meal handling.
A basic understanding of Cooking practices is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and physically demanding environment.
Positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for providing outstanding dining experiences.
Prior experience in the hospitality
