Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior fitout works (civil, gypsum, ceiling, flooring, joinery, painting, MEP coordination).
Ensure work is executed as per approved shop drawings and project specifications.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project team.
Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control procedures are followed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company HSE policies.
Review and verify material submittals and site materials.
Attend site meetings with client and consultant.
Identify and resolve site issues or technical problems.
Prepare quantity take-offs and assist in BOQ verification if required
