SALES MANAGER – FMCG / RETAIL

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Manager with strong experience in the FMCG / Retail sector to lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence across Qatar. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing distribution networks, retail chains, and key accounts within a competitive FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Manage and expand relationships with key retail accounts, wholesalers, and distributors.

Identify new business opportunities and strengthen market penetration.

Lead, coach, and monitor the sales team to ensure performance targets are met.

Oversee product distribution, merchandising standards, and promotional execution.

Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize strategy.

Prepare monthly sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews.

Negotiate pricing, trade agreements, and commercial terms with clients.

Coordinate with supply chain and marketing teams to ensure product availability and campaign success.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in FMCG / Retail Sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of Qatar retail market and distribution channels.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
