Salary: QAR 40,000 – 45,000 (Full Package) + Benefits as per Qatar Labor Law
Job Summary: The Asset Management Advisor will lead and support the development, implementation, and embedding of asset management best practices within water and wastewater operations, driving strategic change and long-term performance improvement.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering (qualification obtained from North America, Western Europe, or Australia)
Accredited by the Institute of Asset Management (IAM) or similar
Chartered Membership in a relevant engineering discipline
Minimum 30 years’ experience in the water/wastewater industry, preferably within the public sector
Strong knowledge of international asset management best practices
Proven experience in change management and business transformation
Demonstrated experience in establishing asset management functions
Experience working in multidisciplinary organizations in the Middle East
