Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain visitor records and issue access passes
- Provide administrative and clerical support as required
- Keep the reception area clean, organised, and presentable
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
