La Noche is a boutique flower shop specializing in elegant floral designs and high-quality arrangements. We are looking for a creative and skilled Florist to join our team and help deliver beautiful floral experiences to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Create floral arrangements for daily sales, events, and special occasions
- Handle fresh flowers, plants, and floral supplies with proper care
- Assist customers with flower selection and design recommendations
- Prepare bouquets, centerpieces, and custom orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and work area
- Ensure freshness and quality of all floral products
- Support inventory management and stock rotation
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a florist or in floral design
- Good knowledge of flowers, plants, and color combinations
- Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about floral design
- Ability to work under pressure during busy periods
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Flexible to work weekends and holidays if required
