Job Description
We are looking for a motivated ERP Support Executive to provide day-to-day support for our ERP system, assist users, and ensure smooth system operations across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level support for ERP-related issues
Assist users with ERP navigation and processes
Maintain user access, roles, and basic configurations
Prepare basic reports and support data accuracy
Document issues and solutions for future reference
Support ERP testing and upgrades when needed
