Key Responsibilities (Role Dependent)Oversee day-to-day site operations and service delivery Supervise teams and ensure high performance standards Coordinate manpower, materials, and operational activities Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality requirements Liaise with stakeholders and resolve operational issues effectively Maintain reports and support audits or inspections

Candidate Requirements Local candidates with transferable visa Diploma or equivalent qualification (preferred)Minimum 5 years of relevant supervisory experience in the applied role Strong operational knowledge related to cleaning, pantry & hospitality, or waste management services Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate site operations Good verbal and written communication skills in English Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
