The Events & Tour Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue by selling travel packages, tours, events, advertising spaces, and exhibition spaces within Qatar. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and representing the company professionally in the local market.
Key Responsibilities
Sales – Tours & Trips
Promote and sell inbound and outbound tour packages, trips, and travel-related services.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable tour products and experiences.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and itineraries tailored to clients’ requirements.
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and ensure timely follow-up.
Sales – Events, Advertising & Exhibitions
Sell event sponsorships, advertising spaces, and exhibition booths to corporate and individual clients.
Identify and approach potential exhibitors, sponsors, and advertisers.
Present event concepts, audience reach, and value propositions to clients.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and closing of deals in line with company guidelines.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and partners.
Handle client inquiries professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) to deliver promised services.
Market Development & Promotion
Research the Qatar market to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
Attend networking events, exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities to boost sales.
Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and contracts.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatar regulations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets
Number of new clients acquired
Revenue generated from tours, events, advertising, and exhibitions
Client retention and satisfaction levels
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, preferably in tours, travel, events, advertising, or exhibitions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Knowledge of the Qatar market is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Language Requirements
English: Fluent (spoken and written)
Arabic: Preferred

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: QAR 3,500 per month
plus Sales commission based on performance - 30,000 QAR monthly
