The Cash Van Salesman is responsible for selling and delivering company products directly to customers using a company van. The role involves visiting assigned routes, maintaining good customer relationships, collecting cash payments, and achieving daily sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Load products into the van and ensure correct quantities before starting the route.
Visit assigned customers and outlets according to the daily route plan.
Promote and sell company products to retail shops, supermarkets, and other customers.
Issue invoices and collect cash payments from customers.
Ensure proper handling and safe transportation of products.
Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and stock.
Deposit collected cash and submit daily sales reports to the supervisor.
Monitor stock levels in the van and coordinate for replenishment.
Ensure the company vehicle is kept clean and in good condition.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in van sales, FMCG sales, or retail sales preferred.
Valid driving license (Qatar driving license preferred).
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle cash and maintain sales records accurately.
Basic knowledge of sales and merchandising.
