Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Procurement professional to oversee all procurement activities, manage vendors, suppliers and ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services for our operations and projects.

Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate and manage reliable vendors and suppliers to ensure the best value for the company.

Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms to optimize costs.

Procure and manage all necessary items for staff accommodation/camps (bedding, cleaning supplies, catering needs and general maintenance requirements).

Oversee and manage supply of office stationery, furniture and IT equipment.

Manage procurement budgets and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.

Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and Qatar’s local regulations.

Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree is accepted.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills
