Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and customer-centric Customer Service | Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors and candidates. You will play a vital role in managing the front desk, handling inquiries and providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the reception area and maintain a professional environment.
Efficiently manage incoming calls, emails and walk-in inquiries.
Provide accurate information regarding company services and procedures.
Assist mobilization, administrative and recruitment teams with daily tasks.
Professionally handle customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Maintain organized front desk logs and operational records.
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Presentable, polite and maintains a professional demeanor at all times.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and professional email etiquette.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and accommodate extended hours when required
