Key Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll for deployed and internal employees.
Verify attendance, timesheets, overtime and leave records from client sites.
Calculate wages, deductions, allowances and statutory contributions.
Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
Manage statutory compliance (tax, social security, insurance, etc.) as per labor laws.
Coordinate with clients for attendance confirmation and payroll alignment.
Handle payroll-related employee queries and resolve discrepancies.
Support client billing by reconciling payroll data with invoices.
Prepare payroll reports and assist during audits.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field.
5 years of payroll experience (preferably in manpower supply or staffing industry).
Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
