We are seeking an experienced and reliable House Cook to prepare daily meals for a Qatari family. The ideal candidate must have experience in Arabic and international cuisine, maintain high standards of hygiene, and ensure smooth kitchen operations within a private household setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare daily meals including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for the family.
Cook traditional Arabic and Qatari dishes (., Machboos, Harees, Majboos, etc.).
Prepare international cuisine as required (Continental, Indian, Asian, etc.).
Plan weekly menus in coordination with the family’s preferences.
Ensure proper food presentation and portion control.
Purchase groceries or coordinate with the household driver/storekeeper.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
Properly store food items and monitor expiry dates.
Handle kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
Prepare meals for special occasions and family gatherings when required.
Follow dietary requirements or special instructions (if any).
