As a Graphics Designer, you are a hands-on, versatile visual designer who turns business goals and creative vision into world-class designs. You're driven to design brand stories that connect with customers across a variety of channels and take delight in building new brands from the ground up. You are both imaginative and pragmatic. You have an inventor’s spirit, a beautifully tuned eye, demonstrated proficiency in design, and proven experience moving projects from concept to successful execution.

Key Responsibilities

Create concept art and other assets that establish a project’s overall aesthetic.

Solves business challenges through smart creative design

Lead the ideation, art direction and design of projects from end to end.

Take direction, and ensure best in class results are achieved, collaborating with the office team, marketing and management.

Work directly with artists and designers to clarify and promote the vision and creative direction 

Represent the art and design team’s ideas to internal and external stakeholders.

Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.

Desired skills

5+ years of hands-on art and graphic designing experience

Strong design understanding and ability to develop a unique and cohesive style in a team environment.

A strong artistic voice that is demonstrated in the portfolio.

Experience with Maya, Photoshop or similar packages.

Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and collaborate with all stakeholders.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
