Business Development Associate (Part-Time)

About the Role
BuildHop is a fast-growing construction technology platform digitizing how contractors purchase materials.
We are looking for part-time associates in Qatar to help expand the BuildHop network by registering and onboarding contractors and suppliers onto the platform.
This role is practical and field-focused. You will meet companies, introduce the platform, and assist them with onboarding. You will also occasionally join client meetings and gain exposure to how enterprise software is implemented in large construction organizations.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and approach construction companies and suppliers in Qatar
- Introduce BuildHop and register companies onto the platform
- Assist businesses with account setup and onboarding
- Visit offices or job sites when required
- Collect feedback from users and relay it to the BuildHop team
- Support meetings, demonstrations, and occasional industry events
Who We’re Looking For
- Based in Qatar and able to travel locally
- Good communication and confidence speaking with businesses
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new tools quickly
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
Bonus (not required):
- Exposure to construction, procurement, or ERP systems
- Sales or client-facing experience
