Secretary (Female)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient temporary secretary to join our team for a 3-month contract. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Minimum requirements:
Proven experience in a secretarial or administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Only Freelancer will be accepted.
Must be locally available in Qatar
A holder of a valid Qatar ID.
Can join immediately.
Key responsibilities, but not limited to:
Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Handle correspondence and communications professionally.
Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are up-to-date.
Assist with general administrative duties as needed.
Support team members with various projects and tasks.

Location: Old Airport (close to Umm Ghuwailina Metro Station)
Duration: Three (3) months, extendable
Salary: QAR 3,500 (All-inclusive)
