Requirements:
Can speak TAGALOG language.
Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer or Receptionist (mall experience is an advantage).
Familiarity with hospitality industry standards.
A customer-oriented and outgoing personality.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests in a welcoming and professional manner.
Provide information about facilities, programs, and other services.
Address customer complaints and escalate when needed.
Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
