We are looking for an experienced Joinery Fitout Factory Manager to lead our wood manufacturing and joinery production operations in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise daily joinery factory operations
Plan and monitor production schedules
Supervise carpenters, machine operators, and factory staff
Ensure quality control for doors, cabinets, furniture, and interior joinery
Manage materials, machinery, and workflow efficiency
Coordinate with project managers, designers, and site teams
Ensure workplace safety and proper machine maintenance
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in joinery / woodworking factory management
Strong knowledge of joinery production and machinery
Ability to read technical drawings and shop drawings
Good leadership and team management skills
Experience in GCC countries is an advantage
