Position Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor with experience in luxury restaurants and 5-star hotels. In this role, you will help lead our front-of-house team, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering exceptional guest service in a premium environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards
Train, motivate, and support restaurant team members to provide exceptional guest service
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly
Maintain cleanliness and safety in accordance with health and food safety regulations
Oversee inventory and help with ordering supplies as needed
Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed
Assist in scheduling, assigning tasks, and controlling labor costs
Support new staff training and ongoing team development
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar leadership role in luxury restaurants and/or 5-star hotels
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems quickly
Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations
Flexible schedule — able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Passion for delivering great guest experiences
Basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) experience
