Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management

• Lead initial consultations to understand client needs, lifestyle, and budget.
• Present design concepts and mood boards with confidence.
• Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

2. Design & Technical Drafting

• Develop detailed 2D floor plans, elevations, and electrical/plumbing layouts.
• Create high-quality 3D renders and visualizations to help clients "see" the space before execution.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture that align with the design intent.

3. Project Management & Leadership

• Coordinate with contractors, site supervisors, and vendors to ensure designs are executed accurately.
• Manage project timelines and ensure milestones are met on schedule.
• Oversee site measurements and quality control during the installation phase.
