We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Arabic-speaking Operations Manager to join our Casual/Fast Food restaurant team in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
- Monitor food quality, service standards, and customer satisfaction
- Control costs, inventory, and stock levels
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
- Achieve sales targets and improve overall profitability
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant management (Casual/Fast Food preferred)
- Must be fluent in Arabic and English
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of cost control and inventory management
- Ability to work under pressure
