Job Summary:


We are looking for a professional Female Admin Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate sector to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will support daily office operations, coordinate with agents and clients, and ensure smooth administrative processes within the company.


Requirements:

* Female candidate

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

* Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate (mandatory)

* Strong communication and organizational skills

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

* Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

* Professional attitude and attention to detail

* Good English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)


Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate daily administrative operations in the office

* Manage property listings on property portals and company platforms

* Assist real estate agents with documentation and client coordination

* Schedule property viewings and appointments

* Maintain and update property databases and client records

* Prepare contracts, forms, and administrative documents

* Handle emails, phone calls, and client inquiries professionally

* Follow up with leads and potential clients

* Ensure all listings and documents are properly organized


Salary:
