Position : Leasing Consultant
Doha, Qatar
A reputable Real Estate Group in Doha is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Leasing Consultant to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lease residential & commercial properties
Develop and maintain relationships with clients
Conduct property viewings and negotiate lease terms
Manage lease documentation and renewals
Coordinate with internal departments on tenant matters
Support tenant retention strategies
Conduct market research and recommend rental rates
Requirements:
? 2–5 years of sales experience (Real Estate / Hospitality preferred)
? Minimum 3+ years GCC experience
? Strong communication skills (English & Arabic)
? Sales & public relations skills
? Proficiency in MS Office & CRM systems
? Valid Qatar Driver’s License
? Locally available candidates only
