We are currently looking for a Guest Service Agent to join our team at an indoor theme park located in Mall of Qatar. The ideal candidate should be friendly, energetic, and passionate about delivering excellent service to guests and families visiting the park.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and provide assistance in a friendly and professional manner
Guide visitors regarding attractions, activities, and park services
Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor concerns
Assist with ticketing and entry procedures when required
Ensure guests follow safety rules and park guidelines
Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized environment
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or guest relations is preferred
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Presentable and professional appearance
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends
