As the Customer Care Specialist – Freight & Logistics, you will be responsible for the following:
Job Description:
- Proactively interacting with the customers to secure new orders.
- Monitor and expedite shipments to ensure timely movement and delivery of cargo.
- Closely follow up with carriers and service providers to prevent delays and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and provide shipment status updates.
- Ensure all documentation related to shipments is properly prepared and processed.
- Coordinate with customs clearance teams and other stakeholders when required.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems accordingly.
- Operating from customer locations when required.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum of 3 years of related experience.
- Experience in aviation logistics (will be an added advantage).
- A good command of English. Arabic literacy is a plus.
- Qatar Residence Permit.
