We’re Hiring: Temporary Document Controller (On Site)

Duration: 3 Months

Project Services Co. Qatar W.L.L., is a leading construction company in Qatar, and we are looking for a Temporary Document Controller to join our team on-site.

Key Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage and control project documents for the QC Department.
• Ensure proper filing, tracking, and distribution of documents.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing documents .
• Coordinate with engineers and site team for document submissions .
• Prepare and raise Inspection Requests (IRs).
• Prepare and submit Material Submittals.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Document Controller (preferably in construction/QC).
• Familiar with Inspection Requests and Material Submittals process .
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Familiar with document control systems and procedures.
• Ready to join immediately.
