We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader (Broker)/ Property Consultant with strong knowledge of the Qatar market. The ideal candidate will lead a team of brokers, drive sales performance, and expand our client network within the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of brokers to achieve and exceed sales targets
Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the Qatar market
Recruit, train, and mentor brokers with a focus on local market success
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in Qatar
Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and support
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements:
Proven experience as a broker within the Qatar market (required)
Strong understanding of local market trends and client behavior
Previous team leadership experience preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and team-focused
