Property Management Specialist


Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle property leasing, renewals, and tenant relations.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities.
  • Conduct site visits and property inspections.
  • Manage property documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Liaise with government entities and service contractors.
  • Prepare reports on occupancy, rent collection, and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in property or facilities management.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with property management software is a plus.
  • Valid driving license preferred.
  • Male candidates only (as per role requirement).
