Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Admin Officer with a strong background in manpower or recruitment agencies to join our team in Doha.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative and office operations
  • Manage recruitment documentation and employee files
  • Coordinate visa processing, contracts, and onboarding procedures
  • Maintain records of employees, leave, and accommodation
  • Liaise with PRO, clients, and candidates regarding documentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in a manpower or recruitment company
  • Good knowledge of Qatar labor procedures, visa processing, and documentation
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, email communication)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Arabic speaking is an advantage

Salary: To be discussed during interview
Joining: Immediate / As soon as possible
