Job Description:

Amisa Kitchens and Ceramics is seeking an experienced showroom supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. As a showroom supervisor, you will be responsible for driving sales, understanding customer needs, and providing solutions related to kitchen and ceramic products.

Key Responsibilities:

. Generate and follow up on sales leads for kitchens and ceramics products.

. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.

. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.

. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions.

. Prepare and negotiate quotations and designs.

. Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

. Achieve sales targets and provide regular sales reports.

Requirements:

. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction, interiors, or ceramics industry.

. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

. Ability to understand technical product specifications and explain them to customers.

. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

. Fluency in English and Arabic.

. Previous experience in sales engineering is an advantage.

. Ability to learn design programs.
