Hiring: Vulnerability Remediation Governance Lead | Qatar (Doha)
We are looking for an experienced Vulnerability Remediation Governance Lead to drive end-to-end patch management and vulnerability remediation in a banking environment.
???? Location: Doha, Qatar (Local Candidates)
? Experience: 6–10+ years (3–5 years in governance/lead role)
???? Domain: Banking / Financial Services (preferred)
Notice Period - Upto 30 days
Duration: 1 year, Extendable
???? Key Responsibilities
Own vulnerability remediation & patch management lifecycle
Define governance frameworks, SLAs, and compliance (NIST, ISO 27001)
Ensure full asset coverage and dependency mapping
Map CVEs to patches and track remediation status
Plan and govern patch rollout (Dev ? UAT ? Prod)
Manage tools like BigFix, SCCM, ManageEngine & ServiceNow
Track KPIs (MTTR, MTTP, patch compliance, risk exposure)
Handle risk exceptions, audits, and regulatory reporting
Lead stakeholder discussions with Infra, App, and Business teams
???? Skills Required
Vulnerability tools: Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7
Patch tools: BigFix / SCCM / ManageEngine
OS: Windows, Linux, Unix
Cloud: AWS / Azure
Strong knowledge of CVE, CVSS, risk-based remediation
???? Preferred Certifications
CISSP | CISM | ITIL | CRISC
