Hiring: Admin Assistant (Real Estate)

We are a dynamic and growing real estate company in Doha seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Female Admin Assistant to join our team and support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations
  • Maintain and update property listings, client records, and databases
  • Prepare contracts, reports, invoices, and official correspondence
  • Handle calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain proper filing system (digital and physical documents)
  • Assist in preparing tenancy contracts, agreements, and related documents
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when required
  • Support the team with data entry and document control
  • Ensure accuracy of records and confidentiality of company information
  • Assist management with general administrative support as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of administrative experience (real estate experience preferred)
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Presentable, professional, and customer-focused
  • Must have valid QID with NOC
  • Immediate joiners preferred
