Job Title: Service Coordinator – Heavy & Light Equipment

We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to manage breakdown response and maintenance coordination for heavy and light construction equipment across multiple sites in Qatar.

Role Overview:

The Service Coordinator will act as the central point for all breakdown and maintenance requests received via company phone. The role involves logging service calls, prioritizing urgent issues, assigning tasks to field technicians, and ensuring timely resolution of all equipment-related problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and manage incoming breakdown and maintenance calls
• Prioritize urgent equipment failures and assign tasks to technicians
• Coordinate field service activities across multiple sites
• Follow up to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance
• Maintain service tracking and communication with site teams
• Respond to critical breakdowns outside working hours when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in equipment service coordination or similar role
• Strong understanding of heavy and light construction equipment
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage high-pressure operational environments
• Languages: Hindi & English are mandatory.
