Responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and planning production for various printing jobs, including packaging, brochures, labels, and specialty products. Ensures efficient scheduling, cost control, and timely job completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates for printing and packaging jobs, including materials, labor, machine time, and finishing processes.
Plan and schedule production in coordination with Sales, Procurement, and Production teams.
Monitor job progress and ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain costing records, quotations, and production schedules.
Compare estimated and actual costs and suggest cost-saving improvements.
Required Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Printing Technology or related field.
3–5 years of experience in printing estimation and planning.
Knowledge of offset, digital, and packaging printing processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software.
