Required Secretary
Job Description • Answer phone calls and respond to emails • Schedule meetings and appointments • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) • Take meeting minutes and distribute them • Greet visitors and provide general information • Manage office supplies and place orders when needed • Handle incoming and outgoing mail • Assist management and staff with administrative tasks • Work Schedule for the Staff • Prepare maintenance Request Required Skills: • Strong communication (written and verbal) • Organizational and time management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) • Ability to multitask and prioritize work • Basic clerical and administrative knowledge • Minimum 5years experience in related field Send CV to :-
