Job Description • Perform routine maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems • Handle general building maintenance (painting, carpentry, minor repairs) • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and provide quick solutions • Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment and facilities are in good condition • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies • Install and repair fixtures, appliances, and equipment • Maintain tools and ensure proper usage and safety compliance • Keep records of maintenance work and report issues to supervisors Required Skills: • Proven experience in maintenance or technician roles • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems • Ability to use hand and power tools • Good problem-solving and multitasking skills • Basic communication skills • Minimum 5years experience in related field Send CV to :-
