Store Supervisor / In-Charge is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing inventory, supervising store staff, and ensuring efficient storage, handling, and dispatch of goods. The role ensures accuracy, safety, and smooth workflow within the store.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day store operations and staff activities
Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movements, and transactions
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials
Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory checks
Coordinate receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming goods
Oversee dispatch and delivery processes to ensure timely distribution
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
Train, guide, and evaluate store staff performance
Prepare reports on stock status, discrepancies, and operations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in storekeeping or warehouse supervision
Experience in GCC/Qatar preferred
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP preferred)
Good leadership and team management skills
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory software)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
