A leading Grade A Contractor is seeking experienced professionals for the following positions
1. Executive Secretary to CEO
Provide high-level administrative and confidential support to the CEO, managing schedules, communications, and executive coordination.
2. Head of Division – Facility Management
Lead end-to-end Facility Management and MEP operations across multiple projects and assets, managing large-scale facilities supporting 1,500+ employees and multiple project teams, while driving budgeting, cost optimization, and effective service contract management.
3. Admin Manager
Manage and streamline administrative functions, including office operations, camp administration, kitchen and support services to ensure smooth business operations.
4. Senior Manager - QHSE
Responsible for the overall QHSE functional activities of the organization, including the implementation and maintenance of the Integrated Management System, while ensuring periodic review of IMS Policy, IMS Manual, and IMS Procedures, and initiating necessary updates to maintain compliance and continual improvement.
Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 15+ years of experience in a reputed organization
Proven experience working in organizations with a workforce of 10,000+ employees
Demonstrated ability in handling multiple divisions / business units
