We are a leading Security Systems and Physical Security Installation Company in Qatar, specializing in the supply, installation, integration, and maintenance of ELV and security systems. We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Pre-Sales Engineer to support our sales and project teams and contribute to sustained business growth.

Job Description 


The Pre-Sales Engineer (ELV Systems) plays a critical role in supporting the sales team by managing pre-sales activities, streamlining processes, and providing data-driven insights to achieve sales objectives. This role involves direct engagement with clients to understand their technical and operational requirements, designing tailored ELV and physical security solutions, and supporting the full sales lifecycle.


The position combines strong technical expertise with commercial awareness, enabling the delivery of comprehensive ELV solutions while building long-term customer relationships.


 Responsibilities


Understand and interpret client requirements for ELV/ Physical Security systems. 

Design and propose customized ELV solutions aligned with client needs, project specifications, and applicable standards Collaborate with sales engineering teams to develop customized solutions. 

Prepare technical submissions, scope of work, cost estimates, and BOQs for projects Managed CRM systems to track sales leads, client interactions, and pipeline progress. 

Handle purchase orders, vendor follow-ups, and inventory management to ensure smooth operations. 

Respond to client inquiries, providing prompt and professional resolutions. 

Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers Negotiate sales agreements with selected vendors to get the best value, and periodically 

Administrative & Coordination Responsibilities


Manage CRM systems to track sales leads, client communications, and pipeline progress 

Handle documentation, reports, correspondence, and internal approvals 

Coordinate with procurement for RFQs, purchase requisitions, and vendor follow-ups 

Support inventory tracking and purchase order processing 

Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction 

Monitor project schedules, key milestones, and routine client requirements 

Maintain organized records of drawings, submissions, contracts, and approvals

Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, IT or a related discipline. 

Proven experience in technical sales or engineering, preferably within the ELV sector. 

Strong understanding of ELV systems and components. 

Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 

Strong organizational and time management skills. 

Skills


Strong knowledge of ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Physical Security, Structured Cabling, Fire Alarm, etc.) 

Ability to convert technical requirements into commercially viable solutions

Excellent communication and client-facing skills 

Strong analytical and documentation abilities 

Collaborative mindset with a customer-centric approach

Software Proficiency


Strong skill in Microsoft office (especially in Excel) 

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
