We are seeking an experienced Scaffolding Manager with 10–15+ years of experience in Brownfield Oil & Gas Operations & Maintenance projects. The candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all scaffolding activities related to maintenance, shutdown, and turnaround projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely execution in compliance with company standards, client requirements, and HSE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise all scaffolding activities for brownfield maintenance, shutdown, and turnaround projects.
Ensure safe erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling of scaffolding structures as per approved procedures and safety standards.
Review project requirements, drawings, and schedules to determine scaffolding manpower and material requirements.
Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Construction, and HSE teams for smooth execution of work activities.
Monitor manpower, materials, tools, equipment, productivity, and resource utilization.
Conduct regular scaffolding inspections and ensure compliance with client specifications and statutory regulations.
Lead toolbox talks, safety meetings, and enforce strict adherence to HSE policies and permit-to-work systems.
Maintain records related to inspections, permits, manpower allocation, and material usage.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments on scaffolding-related matters.
Support emergency maintenance, shutdowns, and turnaround activities as required.
